Reloading the view doesn't refresh free space in the status bar

With Thunar git-master, the issue is not present with Thunar 4.18.10.

Steps to reproduce:

• thunar ~
• mkdir ~/testdir
• cp ~/Videos/some-video.mp4 ~/testdir
• Reload view and check free space in status bar
• rm ~/testdir/*
• Reload view and check free space in status bar

Opening Thunar in ~ and copying/removing in ~/testdir ensures that the view is not automatically refreshed.
