[Proposal] `Delete` context menu item

A proposal Delete context menu item in addition to Move to Trash.

There is a corresponding context menu item on XFCE Desktop.

Edit --> Preferences --> Behavior --> Context Menu --> [x] Show action to permanently delete files and folders
