Support thumbnails for symlinks (and devices / unknowns)

While thunar_file_is_symlink could have been added to the list of
exceptions, symlinks can just as well point to devices or unknown files.
Removing the additional condition altogether, because there can
conceivably be thumbnails for all of them (especially from shared
thumbnails).
