build: Use AM_DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS 

So user can extend or override the flags provided there by defining the
DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS variable. Especially required since
xfce4-dev-tools!108.

    @alexxcons The clang build was added between the time I opened this MR and the time you merged it :D I can look at it if you don't already?

    @Tamaranch Just pushed a fix for the first error 27cfc07b ... maybe I should install clang locally to fix them all at once .. so yea, if there is more, help would be very welcome :smile:
