Python Example: libxfce4util needs to be first character Capital.

Merged vishal sharma requested to merge vishal2612200/libxfce4util:vishal2612200-master-patch-56285 into master

Latest filename of libxfce4util inside gir is "Libxfce4util-1.0.gir" not "libxfce4util-1.0.gir". This was leading to series of errors.
