keyboard-shortcuts: Improve UI for setting shortcuts

I went ahead and improved the layout of the dialog for setting keyboard shortcuts.

1. It now uses the keycap class for each shortcut key.
2. The alignment and sizing of the widgets is improved and should lead to more readability.
3. The overly long texts were cut down to the necessary, useful minimum.
