Change "Setting System" to "Settings Manager" (!43) · Merge requests · Xfce / libxfce4ui

I don't know if this is better but there was a comment on Transifex:

Should this not be "System settings"?

On https://docs.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-settings/start it says "Settings Manager" which fits with the other string near by so i'm just guessing "Settings Manager" might be correct:

Window Manager
Desktop Manager
File Manager
Volume Manager
Session Manager

Change "Setting System" to "Settings Manager"
