Remove hardcoded translators list

Romain Bouvier requested to merge skunnyk/libxfce4ui:translators into master
  • This file is a pain to maintain, syntax is a mess, is not updated regularly, some people want to be in the list, other don't want their email listed, and transifex does not provides stats.
  • It's better to add a link to www, then we only need to maintain the list in one place
  • Now we need to find a way to update the list on www too
  • This fix issue #19 (closed)
