dialogs: Also wrap primary label to limit dialog size

Gaël Bonithon requested to merge Tamaranch/libxfce4ui:dialogs-wrap-label into master

And reduce the number of characters for the secondary label, as GTK tends to go a bit overboard. The difference in the number of characters between the two labels takes into account the font (roughly).
