File properties window is too large when some non-English languages are used

For example, Thunar 4.16.10 (English) and Thunar 4.18.1 (English, German/Deutsch, Russian) :

I tried clearing the msgstr strings, but it didn't work (only deleting the thunar.mo file).

Also what about small redesign? Move "Set Foreground" and "Set Background" to the right side? Or maybe add a separate window for "Highlight"?
