Small change to documentation for exo_strdup_strftime

Add a warning to the documentation for exo_strdup_strftime to warn people not to create bugs like issue thunar#389 (closed)

Since this problem has actually occurred, and it was rather confusing to debug, I feel it is worth adding this small warning.
