[Compile issue] Can not compile exo-4.15.2, it fails with "undefined reference to `xfce_titled_dialog_create_action_area'"
The output from the terminal is shown below this issue (gitlab noob here).
Not sure why the compilation fails. Note that the prior tarballs from libxfce4util, xfconf, libxfce4ui all compiled without issue (actually, I did have issues with exo before though ... with the stable branch too).
I compile everything from source, thus tried to compile the new xfce beta release. Since a year or two so, I have a problem getting to compile xfce unfortunately; worked perfect before that. May be related to glib+gtk changes.
glib version is 2.66.0 and gtk+ 3 is at 3.24.23. I also have old compiled versions of xfce under the /usr prefix hierarchy but I am not sure if this causes any issue here - as far as I can see, this is solely related to exo as it can not find or want to find xfce_titled_dialog_create_action_area. (Don't know how much work it is but it would be nice if this error could show up in pre-make run during configure, so I can know what to do to fix it. I am in control of the whole compilation use on my computer, so I can adapt, but without knowing how to adapt there is not much I can do.)
