request: MailReader=mutt fails to accept 'body=' in 'mailto:...'

Description

If MailReader=mutt, then the argument body=... is ignored when contained in mailto:.... Granted, this is because mutt expects the body as a pipe, and not as an argument, but perhaps MailReader cut do this conversion?
