Update pot and po files

Hi!

I updated all .po and .pot files using the scripts inside lib/tools. I am not very expert with gettext, I only ran these two scripts, I hope now we can translate the new strings.

The ideal thing to do is an automatic update, maybe can we use GitLab CI in some way?

This solves #16 (closed).

p.s. I think we also need to update this link to the link changed in !3 (closed).
