slider: Replace tooltips with overlay text

Description
The current tooltips in the slider are fairly useless, as they are not accessible.
We could replace them with either a sub-text below the screenshot or an overlay at the bottom of the screenshot. This would also make the screenshots more understandable (i.e. what we want to show here specifically) and meaningful.
