Translators credits web page should be refreshed

Hi.
It would be useful to update "Credits" web page0, especially translators credits, because the last commit is from 20151. For example my name and email is missing (I'm in the Italian team), but other collaborators have abandoned (like in the Italian team, I'm the only translator active).
An option is to send to every email a communication, but it will be time consuming. Any other options available?
