Language list should be alphabetized

The current language list is sorted by language code rather than alphabetically, so you have Spanish underneath English and Chinese all the way at the bottom.

Is there a contribution guide? I forked the project on my local machine and fixed the issue but not able to push it in separate branch.

If you committed it locally to master, just create a new branch and the refs will be copied. Since it's been 6 months or so, you're gonna have to pull and rebase.

I don't see your fork, which means that you actually just cloned the repository. You need to ask for fork permissions and start from there.
