Update dokuwiki engine

Goal: Update to latest revision: https://www.dokuwiki.org/changes

We spoke about this with @kevinbowen months ago and did some testing, mainly about the The options to embed HTML and PHP have been completely removed for security reasons in release 2023-04-04a, which broke some of our documentation pages (rss feed integration).

@kevinbowen : I think you updated all pages using the rss features, and now we can migrate ?I can't remember where we were at 😄

Note: In the meantime, 2024-02-06a has been released
