provide fat tarballs for latest releases

Hey,
at the moment, fat tarballs are only provided for 4.x.0 releases (see http://archive.xfce.org/xfce/4.8/fat_tarballs/ for example).
Since there's no coordinated 4.x.y release for each components, there's no fat tarballs for Xfce 4.x.y either. It'd be nice if a 4.x-latest fat tarball could be provided.
Basically, this tarball would be reconstructed each time a core conmponent would be released, so the tarball would contain each time the latest released version of each core components.
