[Improvement] Mobile Responsive View

Hello XFCE Admin,

I'm ben, and I open this issue by the reference of ToZ in XFCE Forum. I also have hard time browsing the forum on Mobile, and I talk about it with maggotbrain in xfce sub reddit and xfce-dev irc channel. maggotbrain advice me to fork the code and add some fix on top of it.

Is there any chance to make this into production? Could someone please give me advice on this? Because ToZ said that he doesn't have control on the infra (https://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?pid=72174#p72174)
