	  method to calculate the MD5 digest of an URI.
	* thunar/thunar-local-file.c: Preallocate 512 instances of the
	  ThunarLocalFile class to speed up the creation of new objects.
	* thunar/thunar-details-view.c(thunar_details_view_init): Do not
	  allow reordering of treeview columns.
