When split-view is disabled while the unselected pane has multiple tabs open, a dialog will ask if all these tabs should be closed.

The setting "misc-confirm-close-multiple-tabs" can be used to skip the dialog.

This changes everything to use the _for_scale() variants of the
GtkIconTheme lookup/load functions, instead of multiplying the size by
the scale factor.
