Revert "Fix popup menus size (Bug #15832)"

The fix is not required any more.
The related bug (context menu too small and shows arrows to expand)
only occurs when context menus are modified while open.
With the recent changes on context menu management, context menus are re-created instead.

This reverts commit 5f2aa364.
