Regression: Missing "mount"/"unmount" on tree-view devices

Regression introduced by 7675b9ea (only
on master, was not released)

For devices it is required to provide as well a ThunarFile to the
launcher. The 'ThunarFile' is needed to display UCA's, the
'ThunarDevice' is needed for mount/unmount menu-items.
