Limit the icon size to 1.5x the regular icon size.

This is to allow it to stand out but not look out of place on multi-row panels/deskbars.

This is a purely visual change - I like the 1.5x factor the most but it is mainly for illustration. I am normally using the plugin in a 3-4 row deskbar and the current icon size looks massive.
