Draft: Auto-location switch (missing trigger on wifi connect)

remaining deficiencies when location is automatically changed:

  • an inconsistent cache entry might be created
  • the altitude (MSL) and timezone are not updated (needs refactoring of cb_lookup_altitude() and cb_lookup_timezone())
  • auto-location should trigger on wifi connection
