xfce4-weather-plugin reports "no data"

xfce4-weather-plugin-0.11.2 has stopped working for me, on two computers. One is running almalinux-9.5, the other xubuntu-22.0.4. Both systems report "no data" for my location and any other locations I test. I downloaded and compiled the latest code from GitHub; same error. Has met.no changed their api again?

You've probably installed it in the wrong place.
