Placement of pop-up information at bottom of screen

When a timer is active and I place my mouse on the indicator a pop-up appears showing how much time is left.

Unfortunately when the mouse is too close to the bottom of the screen, it doesn't show fully.

It would be preferable that the pop-up is fully visible.

Closing because I think this is a problem with XFCE panel, not the timer.
