Pause countdown on idle; reset counter if idle >= break

I sometimes take a break from my computer and when I return to it, it tells me to take a break!

Feature request(s):

If the user does nothing (i.e. no mouse or keyboard input) for 'x' seconds, pause the countdown timer.
If the user does nothing for the 'x' minutes defined as break, reset the counter...
