Is there a cli command to trigger a "break"?

More than an issue, this is a question/request...

I'd like to be able to trigger the "Take a break" action from console.

Actually, I'd like to be able to trigger it from a keyboard shortcut... the shortcut I use to lock my PC everytime I stand up from my desk.
