Distinguish the look of uptime from the look of a digital real-time clock
An uptime previously displayed as "1:23" is now displayed as "1h 23m". Tooltip previously displayed as "Uptime: 1 day 2:34" is now displayed as "Uptime: 1 day, 2 hours, 34 minutes".
Additionally, the patch also improves spacing between the labels and the bars to make it easier to distinguish which label belongs to which bar.
