stopwatch does not rotate when it's on a vertical panel

Description

The stopwatch does not rotate which makes it not usable on a vertical panel. I'm personally fine with it since I only put the panel vertical to test it and I went back to horizontal auto-hiding panel. Others may find it hard to use it.
