build: Fix LDFLAGS

Gaël Bonithon requested to merge Tamaranch/xfce4-sensors-plugin:fix-build-lld into master
  • Align panel-plugin LDFLAGS with other plugins
  • Remove flags from lib that break build when lld is used as linker
