Automatic coloring bars not working

Submitted by Massimo Burcheri

Link to original bug (#15615)

Description

Hello,

having [ ] Show colored bars disabled I expect the bars to be colored automatically when reaching the lower (green) or the upper threshold (red), or yellow in the middle, or something like that. It does not work. Switching the option off, the bars are randomly colored red and green. Then restarting the panel with xfce4-panel --restart, all bars are just yellow, even when some values are close to the lower threshold.

Moreover switching to the text view, there is no option to have the automatical coloring. Please add that here as well.
