New icons, add about dialog, add help button

This MR does multiple things, it

  • adds a new icon that follows our overall icon look (and is visually consistent with systemload and cpugraph)
  • adds a "Help" button to the properties dialog and uses the new XfceTitledDialog API
  • adds an "About" dialog
