Fix build warnings

Could you also fix other obsolete macro warnings?

They come from autoconf 2.70 and I don't know exactly what should be done for now: @skunnyk is currently working on this subject in xfce/xfce4-dev-tools!43 (merged). So as in apps/mousepad!70 (closed) I'd rather wait and see (in this series of MR I'm more interested in compilation warnings actually).

AFAICT some of them (AC_TRY_LINK, AC_AIX, AC_ISC_POSIX, ...) have been deprecated since 2.69. But okay, let's wait.

Yes, please use AC_CONFIG_HEADERS (AM_CONFIG_HEADER is really old), you can also ditch AC_AIX/AC_ISC_POSIX, we will see later for further changes !
