Fix missing plugin icon

Gaël Bonithon requested to merge Tamaranch/xfce4-mailwatch-plugin:fix-missing-icon into master

It seems that the icon xfce-mail never existed? It would be better to add an icon like the one proposed in #67, but in the meantime it's better than nothing.
