Fix remaining blurry icons when UI scale > 1

@qarkai I think it's good (we've been doing a lot of that lately for various other components) but if you could review/test a bit that would be great. I wasn't able to test the treeview icons in particular: I guess you have to have a minimum of history and/or accounts set up to make them show up…
