Created attachment 5634 port to gcrypt20 (1.6+)

Hi,

it seems that mailwatch plugin uses stuff deprecated in gcrypt (like gthread). Attached patch is a naive attempt to fix that, but someone more intimate with the code really should look into this, I guess.
