Moving part should not be top layer image

Description

I noticed the moving part of eyes is always fully visibly inside the border of the eyes.

Might be because the moving part is the top layer so nothing can cover it.

I would properly look better if the border of the eyes are the top layer just like an eye lid for a real eye and the moving part is below it. That way the border will cover the moving part just like the eye lids of a real eyes.

This could properly make the Horrid theme looks much more... horrible...
