Adjust icon sizes for better aesthetics

At certain panel sizes, app icons can look cramped as there isn't enough spacing between the indicators and the edges of the app icons, such as at 30px and 40px panel sizes in the screenshots below:

This MR changes the icon sizing conditions to allow for more breathing room at various panel sizes, giving Docklike a more refined and aesthetically pleasing appearance, like so:
