Hovering an app icon, then disabling preview thumbnails, results in incorrect hover sizes and off-screen popups
Currently on Git master 74fa09f5.
- Open Settings and check "Show preview thumbnails for open windows". Leave the dialog open.
- Hover an icon with open windows, to load the preview.
- Move the mouse away from the icon/hover, to the settings dialog, and uncheck "Show preview thumbnails for open windows".
- Hover the icon again.
The window preview(s) are still visible, but are mistakenly arranged vertically instead of horizontally. The popup is larger than it should be. If you hover any preview, all previews shrink into rows, stacked vertically in the bottom-left of the popup.
On bottom-mounted panels, after you hover the preview, closing and reopening this hover popup makes the popup extend off the bottom of the screen (and none of the rows are clickable). If you check "Show preview thumbnails for open windows" and hover the icon again, the preview popup covers the panel (when it should lie above the panel) until you use the popup to close a window.
