Vertical bar indicator is not consistent with other xfce4 plugins

As the title says, the vertical bar has a black outline, which makes things look inconsistent next to other xfce4 plugins.

This would be OK (I guess) on smaller monitors, but with Full HD or larger monitors and thin taskbars, this sort of makes the disk I/O vertical bar barely visible.
