date time properties

Description

With laptop, at different locations, my time is off. not able to get email till fixed. So I right click date and time. But my "date time" is not bold. I'm not able to fix time. It has always been like that, can see "date time", but not able to click it on. Thanks. otherwise it runs very, very well. I have not clue to all the terms on this site. i tried to take a screen shot, it has worked in the past, but freezes up now. Just hoping this will help. Again, thanks.
