incorrect time sync settings

right-click on the applet -> properties will bring corresponding configuration window which has button to configure time and date; after clicking it the window appeared which has borked time sync setting: it indicates "manual" setting while in reality the time on this system is synced automatically with ntp server using systemd-timesyncd
