New icons

Simon Steinbeiß requested to merge ochosi/xfce4-cpugraph-plugin:new-icons into master

This MR adds a new icon for the plugin that is consistent with the rest of our new icons (i.e. it uses the style and palette). It also switches to rDNS naming. Finally it also uses the icon name in the about dialog, which is preferable because it allows Gtk to properly resize the icon.

This is still a draft because I want to get your (@atomsymbol) feedback on the icon before finalizing it.
