impossible to change background color of CPU activities

Any background color modification is takaen into acount (line "arrière plan). Hier color sets to black and stay effectively grey in the panel. color 3 can not be changed.

I'm using GTK+ theme "Ambiance-Blackout-Orange" Ubuntu 15.10 & 16.04 64b session gnome flashback+cairo-dock+xfce panel
