Error when running xclipboard

I don't know if it's the right place for this bug, but since it's related to the clipboard, here it is.

I use Xfce in Ubuntu 20.04, and clipman is not running.

If I start the traditional xclipboard manager in termina, I get:

Error: another clipboard is already running

and xclipboard does not run.
