[Suggestion] Pin "Show full history", "Clear history", "Clipman settings" to always be visible regardless of where you are in the context menu

As I commented on #80, I would think it would make the most sense if "Show full history", "Clear history", and "Clipman settings" were pinned regardless of how long the menu is...if that's even possible for context menus.

Currently, if the menu is particularly long (e.g. you have "Maximum itens" value set to 100 or the like) then those 3 action buttons can end up "out of sight" unless you scroll the full length of the menu.

Would ideally take into account #123 as well so that it's always pinned on the side opposite of the most recently-copied item.
