[Suggestion] Start the scrollable menu from the bottom when "Reverse history order" is enabled

If the menu is particularly long (e.g. you have "Maximum itens" value set to 100 or the like) and you have "Reverse history order" enabled, the most recently copied entry will be off the bottom of the list, because the list defaults to showing the top.

I don't know how possible this is for context menus, but it'd make the most sense to default to showing the bottom of the menu when "Reverse history order" is enabled, no?

Would also pair ideally well with the suggestion I commented on #80 to similarly have the "Show full history, "Clear history", "Clipman settings" moved to top when "Reverse history order" is enabled.
